This full-time, on-site Wealth Management Associate to Senior PM role is based in the downtown Vancouver . The role involves supporting senior portfolio manager in delivering holistic wealth management solutions, including developing financial strategies, preparing proposals, and managing client portfolios. Day-to-day tasks include all administration, client meeting preparation, ongoing client servicing and tasks as assisted by PM. The Wealth Management Associate will interact regularly with clients, respond to inquiries, coordinate account administration, and ensure a high standard of service and compliance with regulatory and firm policies.
Collaboration with internal partners across investment, planning, and operations teams is essential to provide integrated, client-focused advice.
- would be an asset: if candidate possess strong Financial Planning skills, including experience with goal-based planning and retirement, tax, and estate considerations.

Candidate should possess solid Finance and Investments skills, such as knowledge of capital markets, portfolio construction, and investment products. - MUST HAVE:
Candidates must possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build trusted client relationships. - Relevant post-secondary education in finance, economics, business, or a related field; progress toward or completion of designations such as CFA, CFP, or CIM is an asset.
- MUST HAVE:
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. - Comfort with financial software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with portfolio management tools is beneficial.
