R&D Financing seeks a dynamic Director with 3-5+ years in SR&ED, claim preparation, or adjacent finance. You will utilize your entrepreneurial spirit to foster relationships, drive commercial strategy, and structure impactful deals. With a strong network in Canada’s innovation ecosystem, you will be integral to establishing the lending framework from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the Canadian SR&ED lending book

• Develop unique lending offers based on market needs

• Network within Canada's SR&ED consultant community

• Originate, structure, and execute financing deals

• Provide oversight through all stages of the lending process

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in SR&ED-related roles

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and action-oriented approach

• Proven relationship-building and networking skills

• Familiarity with financial deal structuring
