• - A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage brokering or a related financial services role.
• - Valid mortgage broker license in British Columbia or the ability to obtain one.
• - Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria, and the overall real estate market.
• - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and industry professionals.
• - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• - Strong analytical skills to assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
• - Proficiency in using mortgage software and CRM systems to manage client data and streamline processes.

• - Experience in a sales or customer service role within the financial services industry.
