WELLSTAR, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Finance Co-op to support day-to-day financial operations. This full-time role will help you refine your analytical skills while ensuring compliance and accuracy in our financial practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare and post journal entries for general ledger accounting

• Prepare reconciliations for bank accounts and corporate credit cards

• Monitor adherence to credit card policies and review employee expenses

• Assist in sales tax filings and support audits as required

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• Previous finance or accounting experience is an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a curious mindset
