As you collaborate with the Senior Manager and other teams, you'll conduct market research, financial modeling, and support investment reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis for potential acquisitions

• Perform market research and planning analysis

• Collaborate with Development and other partners

• Build comprehensive financial models

• Support investment reporting processes

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in real estate or finance

• Degree in Finance or related field

• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis

• Knowledge of Metro Vancouver real estate

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
