Strategic Finance Supervisor at RSM

Join RSM as a Strategic Finance Supervisor and drive impactful financial analysis in a collaborative environment. You'll lead FP&A initiatives and guide junior members while ensuring high-quality client service delivery.

In this role, you will leverage 4–7 years of experience in financial analyses to support strategic finance and transaction-related engagements. Work with complex financial models that inform client decisions and identify growth opportunities through rigorous data analysis. Collaboration with both internal teams and clients will be vital as you prepare client-ready presentations and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and review complex financial analyses

• Develop operating and cash flow models for client planning

• Analyze financial data to assess performance and risks

• Coordinate engagement work streams and guide junior team members

• Prepare client-ready presentation materials for executives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• 4–7 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in integrated financial modeling

• Strong valuation skills in market and income approaches

• Experience working with clients in a consulting environment
