Director of Finance for UGM

As the Director of Finance, your leadership will enhance UGM's fiscal integrity, supporting its transformative mission of caring for the community. You will oversee all accounting functions, lead audits, and manage financial reporting. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with the Vice President of Finance & Operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the full accounting cycle across multiple entities

• Lead annual financial audits, coordinating with stakeholders

• Develop accurate financial models for decision-making

• Manage compliance with CRA regulations and funder expectations

• Coach and develop the Finance team for operational success

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent is essential

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience

• Expertise in grant accounting in non-profits

• Familiarity with multi-entity financial consolidation

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
