The Controller position involves reporting to the VP of Finance while overseeing daily finance functions. You will ensure financial accuracy, streamline processes, and foster team collaboration. Your rich accounting background will help us effectively manage resources as we expand our mission of supporting families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily accounting processes, from accounts payable to reconciliations

• Prepare financial documents and support budgeting efforts

• Maintain robust internal controls and audit compliance

• Mentor and develop Finance team members effectively

• Enhance financial tools and onboarding workflows as we grow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required

• CPA designation is highly sought after

• Minimum of 5-7 years’ finance-related experience

• At least 2-3 years of team leadership in finance

• Nonprofit experience is advantageous
