This position entails comprehensive oversight of the organization's financial activities, focusing on improving the effectiveness of our accounting processes. Reporting directly to the Studio President, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, playing a crucial role in financial planning and analysis. You will ensure financial integrity, optimize cash flow, and provide clear insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct month-end closes and manage financial reports

• Lead accounts receivable and payable operations

• Prepare and manage payroll accurately

• Forecast cash flow and financial requirements

• Collaborate on annual budgeting and strategic planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of finance and accounting experience

• Proficient understanding of ASPE and financial regulations

• Background in professional services industries

• Expertise in financial reporting tools and dashboards

• Exceptional skills in communicating financial information clearly
