In this role, you will work closely with Investment Advisors, assisting in maintaining client Financial Plans and executing trades. With a focus on client acquisition, you'll utilize your strong communication skills and organizational abilities to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Investment Advisors to enhance client relationships

• Update and maintain client Financial Plans and accounts

• Process client transactions and execute trading orders

• Compile reports and maintain statistical information

• Engage in marketing initiatives to develop the wealth business

Requirements:

• CIRO Registered Representative (RR) license required

• 5 years of securities experience preferred

• Proven strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Capability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with MS Office and investment tools
