With over 5 years of experience required, you will assess financial challenges, conduct analyses, and manage formal insolvency appointments. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recovery and restructuring engagements for financially distressed clients

• Assess operational and financial challenges, formulating strategic recommendations

• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate restructuring options

• Advise stakeholders on recovery strategies and formal proceedings

• Manage insolvency appointments while ensuring compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• 5+ years in corporate insolvency or restructuring

• Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) designation required

• Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation

• Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation

• Experience managing client relationships and project teams
