As part of MNP’s Transfer Pricing team, you will play a critical role in delivering customized tax strategies to mitigate transfer pricing adjustments. Your responsibilities include leading engagements focused on inter-company transactions and intangible asset valuations. You’ll contribute to the development of new ideas to enhance performance and drive business growth while supporting junior team members in their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct international tax engagements related to transfer pricing issues

• Deliver practical transfer pricing strategies and documentation

• Defend transfer pricing during audits and develop planning approaches

• Perform extensive analysis for tax and regulatory compliance

• Maintain client relationships and think strategically about needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration

• 2 to 4 years of public accounting or tax experience

• CPA, CBV, or CFA designation preferred

• Knowledge of financial analysis and modeling required

• Experience with relevant software tools
