This managerial position is designed for a candidate with a robust background in finance and investment portfolios. You'll be responsible for monitoring portfolio performance, supporting regulatory compliance, and enhancing data management systems. Your collaboration with internal teams, clients, and legal advisors will be key to fostering effective investment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document loan and investment performance

• Communicate regularly with clients about obligations

• Support investment closing processes and documentation

• Create dashboards to visualize portfolio performance

• Automate processes and advance system capabilities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in finance or related field

• Strong background in loan administration and compliance

• Familiarity with Canadian mortgage lending requirements

• Advanced skills in Excel and portfolio management tools

• Excellent attention to detail and communication
