How you create impact

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AR Credit Advanced Specialist to assess the creditworthiness of current and prospective customers through financial analysis and risk evaluation. You will leverage internal and external data sources, including financial statements, credit bureaus, banking references, and credit monitoring tools to support informed credit decisions. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Controlling, and external stakeholders, you will help manage credit risk, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to achieving key credit performance objectives.

  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and make informed credit risk decisions to support effective account management.
  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, bank references, and other relevant data to assess and mitigate customer credit risk.
  • Make credit recommendations and approval decisions within established authority levels and company policies.
  • Monitor customer credit exposure and investigate credit limit exceptions to support monthly performance objectives and risk management goals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounts receivable policies, internal controls, and credit management procedures.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Controlling teams to resolve credit-related issues while supporting profitable business growth.
  • Conduct customer reviews and discussions to evaluate financial performance, payment behavior, and overall credit status.
  • Coordinate credit review meetings with accounts receivable insurance providers and other external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records and ensure timely updates to account and risk-related information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders through responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team objectives.
  • Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

What we would like you to bring
  • 2+ years of experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Risk Management.
  • Experience conducting commercial credit analysis, including B2B credit risk assessments and financial statement analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate creditworthiness and make sound risk-based recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing competing priorities.
