In this important role, you will contribute to the Quality of Earnings team at Treewalk, working collaboratively on both buy-side and sell-side deals. You’ll utilize your transaction advisory expertise and financial modeling skills to guide clients through the intricacies of financial evaluations and negotiations. Your insights will directly influence the valuation of businesses across Canada and the U.S., showcasing your analytical capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Quality of Earnings assessments on client transactions

• Lead engagements with autonomy and engagement management

• Support clients through all phases of financial transactions

• Develop complex financial models for decision-making

• Prepare detailed stakeholder reports with actionable insights

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant transaction advisory experience

• Strong knowledge of ASPE and IFRS principles

• CPA designation or CFE completion

• Advanced financial modeling proficiency

• Excellent client engagement and communication skills
