As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in the dynamic Training and Documentation Team. Your responsibilities include onboarding new hires, maintaining crucial documentation, and coordinating staff movements within the Investment Resource Group. We seek a problem-solver who thrives in detail-oriented tasks and has a commitment to team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new employees and provide application overviews

• Maintain and update onboarding checklists and coordinate movements

• Document processes with IRG staff, ensuring clarity and structure

• Conduct annual reviews for user access and signatories

• Provide training aligned with team and role requirements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in finance or investment management

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce or Economics

• Experience with investment operations and training staff

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications
