In this full-time position with Haywood Securities, you will report directly to the CFO. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in financial analysis, preferably in the investment sector. Responsibilities include preparing financial reviews, monthly packages, and forecasts, alongside designing management dashboards to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quarterly financial reviews for senior management

• Assemble monthly financial reports for senior staff

• Create annual financial forecasts for strategic reviews

• Design efficient dashboards for management insights

• Engage in ad hoc financial analysis and improvements

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial tasks

• Expertise in PowerBI or equivalent data visualization software

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar

• Strong data analysis skills

• Brokerage industry experience is a plus
