Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounting, including audits and reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and funding
• Develop financial forecasts and budget strategies
• Innovate finance processes for enhanced efficiency
• Mentor the Finance team to build capacity
Requirements:
• Mandatory CPA designation or equivalent
• 7+ years in finance leadership, preferably in non-profit
• Strong knowledge of grant fund accounting
• Direct experience with Net Suite ERP systems
• Excellent communication and relational skills
