Your role involves financial analysis, credit assessment, and monitoring portfolio performance, all contributing to credit-granting decisions over $10,000,000. You will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and business partners to optimize client relationships while adhering to the bank’s policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate clients’ creditworthiness

• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend actions as needed

• Structure new, renewed, and extended loans in line with client needs

• Build and maintain effective client relationships for long-term success

• Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance portfolio growth

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in credit or lending assessments

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting

• Proficient in financial analysis and regulatory compliance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with banking operations and credit risk assessment
