Senior Financial Analyst at Concert Properties

Located in Vancouver, BC, the Senior Analyst will report to the Director of FP&A. You will engage in financial modeling, support strategic decision-making, and monitor portfolio performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and extensive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes

• Prepare financial forecasting models for business planning

• Analyze financial performance vs. market benchmarks

• Lead preparation of internal portfolio-level reporting packages

• Maintain property-level dashboards for operational insights

Requirements:

• Degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field

• 2 to 5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience

• Strong understanding of budgeting, variance analysis

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
