Key Responsibilities:

• Lead M&A and capital raising advisory projects

• Develop and sustain client relationships across the board

• Conduct detailed market and financial analysis

• Identify investment opportunities and potential buyers

• Drive business development initiatives for the practice

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or related fields

• 4-5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in capital markets

• Strong analytical and autonomous work skills

• Willingness to travel for client engagements

• Ability to perform well under pressure
