R&D Financing is investing in a passionate Director to construct its SR&ED lending operations in Canada from the ground up. With 3-5 years of experience in SR&ED claim preparation or adjacent finance sectors, you will be responsible for shaping financial offerings and executing collaborative strategies with consultants. Your leadership will be vital as you build relationships across the Canadian innovation landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a comprehensive SR&ED lending framework

• Engage with the Canadian consulting community for deal origination

• Develop targeted lending products to meet market demands

• Structure financing solutions tailored to client needs

• Oversee all aspects of the lending execution process

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in SR&ED or financial roles
