Vancity is actively seeking a Finance Process Automation Intern for a full-time, 4-month role at our head office. You will collaborate directly with experts in finance and the AI Centre of Excellence to identify automation opportunities and enhance current processes. This position provides hands-on experience in business analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify manual processes that can be automated

• Document workflows and pain points for analysis

• Research practical AI applications for finance

• Assist in developing and testing automation solutions

• Monitor results from process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Finance, Business, or related field

• Strong interest in process improvement and AI

• Effective communication skills for diverse stakeholders

• Familiarity with Microsoft applications, especially Excel

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
