• Recommend and evaluate CMHC and conventional mortgage loans

• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant

• Create and monitor performance reports and metrics

Requirements:

• Over three years of experience in commercial real estate finance

• Strong understanding of Canadian markets and CMHC guidelines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office for data handling

• Exceptional communication skills, French fluency an advantage

• Knowledge of AML and KYC compliance standards
