Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate execution of private placements and offerings

• Develop and prepare marketing materials for clients

• Conduct market, sector, and competitor analyses

• Analyze findings to deliver comprehensive reports

• Maintain and audit financial models and transaction records
Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a related undergraduate program

• Graduation expected from July to December 2027

• Excellent analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills

• Ability to communicate complex concepts simply

• Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously
