Real Estate Debt Intern

Position: Real Estate Debt Intern at QuadReal
Join Quad Real Property Group as a Co-op Intern in Portfolio Reporting focusing on Real Estate Debt.

This role offers hands-on experience in analytics, data management, and reporting while enhancing your finance skills.

As a Co-op Intern based in Vancouver, you will report directly to the Senior Analyst of Portfolio Reporting. You will work across teams such as Investment, FP&A, Valuations, Research, and Accounting to advance portfolio analytics. Engage in cash flow forecasting, data analysis, and financial modeling while gaining insights into the investment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage financial models in Excel and Anaplan

• Analyze portfolio returns and market trends

• Validate and reconcile data from various systems

• Prepare management reports for senior leadership

• Develop portfolio analytics using Power BI

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Real Estate, Finance, or related field

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency;
Power BI knowledge preferred

• Previous real estate experience is a plus

• Interest in a career in real estate
