Key Responsibilities:
• Own product strategy for merchant eligibility and ongoing monitoring
• Develop fraud detection and transaction monitoring capabilities
• Build tools for disputes and chargebacks management
• Partner with Engineering on APIs and data models
• Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions for risk capabilities
Requirements:
• Proven product management experience in payments risk
• Strong knowledge of KYB/KYC and transaction fraud detection
• Hands-on experience with risk decision-making models
• Excellent analytical skills using loss data
• Collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams
