* * their academic studies at a post-secondary institution (university/college) and must be returning to school after completion of their work term with Quad Real.  If you are a student registered in an official co-op program at your post-secondary institution and completion of a final work term is a mandatory component for you to graduate, you are eligible to apply with the understanding that you will leave Quad Real at the end of your work term or have the possibility to be considered for full-time opportunities.
* Based in Vancouver, the Co-op/Intern, Global Portfolio Management will report to the Associate, Global Portfolio Management, and will work with various members of Quad Real’s Portfolio Management, Development, Investment and Asset Management teams supporting the management of Quad Real’s portfolio, with a particular focus on the Canadian portfolio. Day-to-day, the Co-op/Intern will be responsible for supporting Portfolio Management analysis and driving internal reporting processes.

The Co-op/Intern will receive mentorship from existing members of the analytical team. They will require strong attention to detail and the ability to organize workflows, demonstrate a desire to support and collaborate with their peers, and possess the skills to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
