This Senior Director role focuses on overseeing MCAP's commercial term lending programs. You will collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and Vice President, generating opportunities while critically assessing loan applications. Key responsibilities include overseeing transactions and ensuring smooth funding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships with borrowers and brokers

• Originating commercial mortgages and managing applications

• Structure, price, and negotiate loan commitments

• Oversee loan management from inception to funding

• Supply market intelligence for investor education

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in the commercial mortgage market

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred

• Familiarity with CMHC policy is an asset
