Business Development Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development in M&A and capital raising

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients

• Develop relationships with founders and investment bankers

• Identify companies for IPOs and direct listings

• Represent the firm at conferences and capital-markets events

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years in investment banking or capital markets

• Proven experience with going-public transactions

• Strong understanding of CSE, TSXV, and TSX

• Established capital-markets network in Canada

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
