As a critical player in our Vancouver-based Attivo Capital team, the Director of Origination will utilize expertise in commercial real estate lending to source and close mortgage opportunities. You will engage with brokers, developers, and lenders while managing a robust deal pipeline that aligns with our diverse asset classes and geographic focus. Your contributions will drive significant revenue growth through effective relationship building and strategic deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and close commercial mortgage opportunities over $2M

• Build and execute territory plans for growing deal flow

• Develop a strong pipeline of borrowers and sponsors

• Represent Attivo at industry events for networking

• Negotiate terms and manage deals throughout the lifecycle

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in commercial mortgage origination

• Established relationships in Canadian real estate

• Sub-mortgage broker eligibility in BC or equivalent

• Strong understanding of mortgage products and structuring

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
