Creative BC seeks an Analyst to manage and deliver funding programs effectively. You will assess applications, ensure fair funding decisions, and articulate program guidelines clearly to diverse stakeholders. This position emphasizes relationship-building, analysis, and sound judgment while helping improve program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of funding applications

• Develop program guidelines and assessment tools

• Assess applications using established criteria

• Lead adjudication processes and prepare panel materials

• Track program outcomes and document insights

Requirements:

• Experience with grant or funding programs

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Graduation in public administration, finance, or related field

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
