Position: Regional Vice-President, CVE (Catering, Venues & Events
Job Summary
The Regional Vice-President, CVE (Catering, Venues & Events) will lead strategic growth and operational excellence across the division, driving revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in the premium hospitality space who can foster strong client partnerships and build high‑performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
Set clear direction, align teams, and drive growth across diverse markets.

Operational Excellence:
Manage complex, high‑profile catering, venues, and events operations with a focus on efficiency and profitability.

Innovation & Client

Experience:

Introduce creative solutions that enhance culinary execution and hospitality.

Culture & Values:
Embed Compass’s core values—safety, quality, growth, culture—across teams and decisions.

Change Agent:
Champion continuous improvement, leveraging innovation for operational efficacy and sustainable growth.

Financial Leadership:
Increase revenue and profitability through budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis.

Cross‑functional Leadership:
Oversee sales and marketing functions, requiring direct experience in these areas.

Active Business Development:
Lead RFP capture, shape content, and guide strategic initiatives.

Cultural Adaptability:
Navigate and manage the unique nuances of multiple independent entities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of management experience in a multi‑unit, multi‑faceted facility and food service environment.

Proven financial management experience within a matrixed organization managing a comparable‑sized portfolio.

Post‑secondary education in a related field. MBA or master’s degree is an asset.

Willingness to travel.
