The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, proficient organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high performance under pressure. Responsibilities include overseeing drink service standards and assisting in monitoring service KPIs. This role may require long hours, showcasing excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
