As a Banquets Houseperson, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of events by setting up, maintaining, and resetting banquet spaces. You will support the Banquets team in delivering exceptional service by creating well‑organized, clean, and visually appealing event environments.

What you will be doing:

Set up and tear down banquet rooms according to event orders (BEOs), including tables, chairs, staging, linens, and audiovisual equipment

Ensure all function spaces are clean, organized, and meet brand standards prior to and during events

Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness in banquet and back‑of‑house areas

Assist with the movement and storage of banquet equipment and furniture

Respond promptly to requests from the Banquets team and event organizers

Maintain knowledge of daily events and room setups

Follow all safety and hygiene standards while handling equipment and materials

Support other Food & Beverage outlets as required

Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality environment is an asset

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Physical ability to lift, push, and move heavy equipment

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

A team‑oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude

Visa Requirements:
