In this essential role, you will report to the Director of Rooms, ensuring all aspects of the Guest Services Team operate seamlessly. You'll engage with guests at their arrival and departure while training and managing a talented staff committed to luxury standards. Your expertise in hospitality best practices will enhance our guests’ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Door, Bell, and Valet Teams
• Uphold Forbes 5-Star service standards
• Manage guest transportation and VIP services
• Respond promptly to guest and employee needs
• Develop training for the valet department
Requirements:
• 2+ years in luxury hospitality roles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Familiar with Opera Cloud system
• Crisis management skills essential
