Your role is crucial in managing the team while ensuring impeccable service at all times.
As a Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for directing luggage assistance and valet teams, engaging with guests, and maintaining high service standards. Coordination with various departments will ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures, enhancing their overall experience. Your commitment to excellence in hospitality will shine through as you lead your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all guest service standards are met
• Manage daily operations of the Guest Services Team
• Liaise with VIP guests and manage their requirements
• Develop and monitor Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide training and support to the valet department
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in luxury hotel management
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Efficient organizational skills and results-driven
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud and Windows software
• Background in hotel management preferred
