Position: Yale Saloon Door Host Role
Join The Yale Saloon in Vancouver as a Door Host to manage guest entry and create a thrilling atmosphere! Your presence ensures a warm welcome to a vibrant nightlife.

As part of The MRG Group, The Yale Saloon is looking for an engaging Door Host to enhance the guest experience. You’ll be responsible for managing entry logistics and maintaining a safe environment while being the first point of contact. Expect to work three to four nights a week in a lively setting filled with country vibes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Energize guests with genuine welcomes at the door

• Control entry flow effectively while checking IDs

• Keep guests informed and excited about the venue

• Recognize and manage intoxicated individuals discreetly

• Promote communication within the security team

Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing roles desirable

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Willingness to work Thursday to Sunday evenings

• Serving It Right certification essential
