Hotel Reservations Agent

Position: Join Our Hotel as a Reservations Agent
Become a Reservations Agent at our hotel, delivering top-notch customer service while maximizing revenue through effective guest interactions. Engage with guests through friendly and knowledgeable telephone service.

In this role, you will report to the Reservations Manager and be responsible for all aspects of the reservation process. Your duties will include taking calls, entering reservations in the Opera system, and assisting in-house guests with requests and orders promptly. Your organizational skills will play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide superior service on guest interactions

• Explain room rates and cancellation policies clearly

• Enter reservation data accurately into Opera

• Process guest requests and room service orders

• Assist with departmental tasks and reports

Requirements:

• Two years of relevant experience required

• Hospitality Management education preferred

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Availability for rotating shifts and weekends
