Fairmont Pacific Rim seeks a Royal Service Agent to be the main point of contact for guest requests. In this vital role, you will exhibit exceptional service standards and efficient coordination across various departments. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer internal and external calls promptly with professionalism
• Process guest service orders and wake-up calls efficiently
• Dispatch requests to appropriate hotel departments

• Manage and monitor completion of guest services
Requirements:
• Experience in luxury hotel or customer service
• Strong verbal communication and telephone skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency with hotel management systems is a plus
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
