Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee dining team communication and training
• Ensure quality service in dining and room settings
• Maintain knowledge of menus and guest preferences
• Collaborate with kitchen for inventory management
• Organize tables and seating effectively for meals
Requirements:
• Food Safe Certificate Level 1 required
• Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
• Previous hospitality experience an asset
• Hygiene and cleanliness standards must be met
• Strong Office and Excel knowledge needed
