Elevate guest experiences as the Manager of Resort Events & Operations at Big White Ski Resort. Lead a team to ensure seamless event execution alongside top-notch facility management.
This role is full time and year-round, directly reporting to the Director of Resort Services and Events. You are responsible for planning and executing events while overseeing cleanliness and safety in public spaces. A solutions-driven mindset is key to thriving in this busy role.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and lead all resort events and programming
- Ensure public spaces maintain high cleanliness standards
- Oversee logistics and coordination for events
- Manage risk and safety protocols in guest areas
- Schedule and manage the Resort Services team's responsibilities
- Proven background in event planning
- Robust organizational skills in diverse environments
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to assess safety and operational issues
- Self-motivated, with minimal supervision
