Position: Manager on Duty at Wentworth Hotels
Ensure exceptional service as Manager on Duty with Wentworth Hospitality Group in downtown Vancouver. You will oversee operations, providing leadership and guest engagement during shifts.

In this pivotal role at either the Loden or Arden Hotel, you will drive service excellence and operational workflows. You will manage both daytime and nighttime duties, from guest care to safety practices. This role is integral in supporting your team’s growth, contributing to strategic initiatives, and fostering communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and facilitate memorable experiences

• Recruit and train the Guest Experience Team

• Monitor performance and implement improvements as needed

• Execute Night Audit responsibilities promptly

• Handle all guest inquiries and concerns efficiently

Requirements:

•

Minimum education:

high school diploma; more is preferred

• 1-2 years in hospitality or customer service settings

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Comfort with working overnight, weekends, holidays

• Valid driver’s license and computer skills required
