- Collaborate closely with the Concierge, Guest Services, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.
- Experience: Previous experience in guest services, front desk, or a luxury hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Technical
Skills:
Familiarity with Property Management Systems (such as Opera) is an asset. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast‑paced luxury setting.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
