Position: Guest Experience Staff at Wentworth Hospitality
Enhance guest satisfaction as a Guest Experience Staff member at Wentworth Hospitality Group's luxurious hotels in Vancouver. This role centers on providing warm, professional service to create unforgettable memories for guests.

Working under the Director of Guest Operations, you will play a key role in the daily operations by managing check-in/check-out, addressing guest requests, and ensuring a high standard of service across our hotels. Your attention to detail, combined with strong communication abilities, will contribute to seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes and payments

• Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns promptly

• Keep detailed records of guest interactions and transactions

• Coordinate with other departments for guest-related requests

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous hotel experience, particularly in boutique or luxury settings

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task

• Availability during weekends and holidays necessary
