Lead the Group Reservations department at your hotel, enhancing customer satisfaction and overseeing operations. This hands-on supervisory role is key to maintaining high service quality and effective group coordination.
As a Group Reservations Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Reservations Manager to ensure efficient department functioning. Your responsibilities include managing group bookings, training staff, and handling billing processes. Engage with clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met accurately throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly lead Group Reservations Coordinators
• Collaborate with Reservations Manager for smooth department operations
• Enter rooming lists into the property management system
• Prepare invoices and manage billing for guests
• Review VIP guest accounts for accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of hotel front office experience
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and group bookings
• Skills in upselling and selling techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and group reservation software
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
