Position: Premium Concierge Whitecaps FC
Enhance guest experiences as a Premium Concierge with Vancouver Whitecaps FC, engaging with VIP clientele during home matches throughout the season. This role emphasizes exceptional hospitality and personalized service.

As a key point of contact for our Premium Members and VIP guests, you will deliver outstanding match-day experiences. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, providing event information, and responding promptly to their needs. You will create memorable moments and promote club initiatives in a professional atmosphere that reflects our premium hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome Premium Members and VIP guests on arrival

• Provide match-day information and venue guidance

• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests

• Deliver personalized service and premium gifting

• Gather feedback and communicate recommendations

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or guest services

• Comfortable engaging with high-profile guests

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Must be 19 years of age or older
