As an Airbnb Turnover Cleaner, you will be responsible for preparing short-term rental properties for arriving guests. This includes cleaning, staging, inspecting, and documenting the property to ensure it meets our arrival-ready standards.

This position is ideal for individuals with hospitality, hotel housekeeping, or professional cleaning experience who enjoy working independently and maintaining high standards.

• Complete Airbnb turnover cleans according to company checklists and standards
• Throughly clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
• Change linens and make beds to guest-ready standards
• Restock guest supplies and amenities as required
• Inspect properties for cleanliness, damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns
• Take clear before-and-after photos using a smartphone for quality assurance purposes
• Communicate promptly with our Cleaning Coordinator regarding job completion, property issues, or schedule updates
• Ensure properties are fully prepared before guest arrival times
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively

• Be dependable and consistently show up for scheduled assignments
• Be able to communicate promptly and professionally
• Have a strong sense of accountability and ownership over their work
• Be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or hotel experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Smartphone with camera and internet access
• Ability to take and submit before-and-after photos for each turnover
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to properties throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland
• Strong time management skills and ability to complete turnovers within designated time windows
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
