This on-site fixed-term position involves collaborating with the Head of Operations and Facilities Manager. You’ll play a key role in organizing client meetings and events, ensuring a high-standard hospitality experience. With previous hospitality experience, your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will help maintain immaculate client-facing areas and foster positive interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the organization of client meetings and events
• Ensure setup of suites and meeting rooms for client use
• Serve refreshments and meals to clients politely
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in kitchens and common areas
• Handle incoming calls and complete expense reports
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality or client-facing roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, with a positive can-do attitude
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
