Position: Premium Concierge (Part-Time)

Premium Concierge

The Premium Concierge plays a key role in delivering an exceptional match‑day experience for our Premium Members and VIP guests. As one of the primary points of contact in our Premium areas, you will provide outstanding hospitality, personalized service, and proactive support to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome Premium Members and VIP guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact within Premium areas on match days.
  • Provide guests with match‑day information, venue guidance, and event updates.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Deliver personalized service through special moments, surprise‑and‑delight initiatives, and premium gifting opportunities.
  • Build positive, lasting relationships with Premium Members and returning guests.
  • Promote club initiatives, campaigns, and upcoming events in a knowledgeable and engaging manner.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere that reflects Whitecaps FC's premium hospitality standards.
  • Gather guest feedback and communicate observations and recommendations to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with fellow match‑day staff to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

  • Able to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in hospitality, guest services, premium service, or event operations.
  • Experience working with VIP guests or premium clientele is considered an asset.
  • Background in hospitality, tourism, event management, or a related field is an asset.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.
Availability

Applicants must be available to work Vancouver Whitecaps FC home matches throughout the 2026 season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Candidates are encouraged to review the published home match schedule to ensure availability before applying.
